Yeah I have a Hahn DP on my Cobalt SS/SC with a Corsa Cat-back and I love the sound, plus the video is a bit crappy overall so that could be a factor. I just love the fact that Big-Daddy is a spokesman for Magnaflow, to be honest if i did not see him in that commerical, I would not have bought it. So in this case advertising got me

They used my car for the prototype/video on there site....

System made about 8whp and sounds really good. Last I heard they still didn't have any intention of building the kit so I would be surprised if you get the right kit. I hope they don't send you the old kit for the standard 2.2/2.4. The system they built for the SS is 3"

I have my fingers crossed for ya

I actually too my catted aftermarket DP off the car. imho anyone that says the car is tolerable with exhaust and an aftermarket DP loves loud noises...lol

It was terribly loud on the inside of the car and I couldn't stand it personally

OK so i tried to get a head start for tomorrows install. I got two of the three bolts out before i got stuck on the final bolt. The one that is closest to the floor pan on the very top of the flange. Has anyone taken off the system and have a trick for getting that bolt off, I tried everything that I had at my disposal. Please note that I dont have any air tools

I had my friend take the bolts out, I remember him complaining.
No power tools were used.
A ratchet and a universal joint I think.

well between constant rain, and pain in the a$$ bolts, I finally have the system installed and it sounds awesome. Once the rain stops here in Jersey ill post a video so others my enjoy. One minor problem is that since the system is so much larger then the stock one, I have a minor bump while going over rail-road tracks. I think that its hitting the drivers side spring mount. So I'm just going to heat up the one hanger and bend it so it has the proper clearance
