How does the stage 1 kit effect the mpg?

Thanks!

It's effect is pretty minor. This was covered in depth previously; just do a quick search. For me, the mileage is _slightly_ better than before, but also remember you will have to run premium with the kit. But the performance is worth any minor additional fuel costs.

Yeah, I tried to see what kind of mpg I could get at first. I did see 29mpg for a tank once but my Foots been it in ever since. MI winter 30 miles a day 20 of it on highway with warm up idle time I'm down to 21mpg lately. Having fun on dry days though.

Me too...got to be no fun having to put to much effort into obtaining high MPG numbers...no fun at all! Its hard to have to feather the throttle ALL the time...this beast wants to go!

I care. I am very caring. I am a carist. I also make up words.

If normal cruise takes a hit I won't do it. I am averaging 28-29 going from my house at 3000ft to the valley floor and back (70 mile round trip) doing 65-70 MPH.

I know the tank will implode if I stay on it but the cruise mileage is so good I really don't want to dork it up.

Ok, I do . I'm lying.

On a side note, but wife's 2000 GTP would do 30 MPG running 70. I have no idea how they got a 3600lbs car to do that.
