I just refilled after my first tank with the upgrade and the DIC says the range is 510 miles. I need to beat on it more!

I drive hard and I have yet to hit 19 MPG even in alot of stop and go driving even after using remote start in the cold.

GM said the improved MPG with the kit was getting up to speed fast and then off the gas. Note that once off the gas the fuel is shut off and this is where you see the most MPG,

If you just ride coasting with the gas on a little it will cut MPG and not really speed you up much. The SS had pretty good coasting ability in town and on off ramps.

Even a short burst on the freeway can add MPG pretty fast even at 80 MPH.

Makes sense. I drive 5 miles each way to work a day,no parkways. I do always drive it in Comp mode by the way.
