I think most dealers don't care what you've done to the car 
They will honor the warrenty, heck they need the business 
. My 08 has 14500 miles and my dealership welcomes me when I show up 
Just got a new key fob, cost was "0" ... Of coarse it might help if you own three other GM vehicles............
