I remember when I got my 04 GTP a lot of guys got tunes.
There was an issue with one and it broke the pistons on some car. Sad to say they were SOL witht he aftermarket issue on the warranty. They had new cars with on to two broken pistons.
The aftermarket tunes and more power are always great, I make my living with it. But on if you want to play be ready to pay if something goes wrong. It has always been part of the plan.
With more power comes more responsibility.

I also work at a dealership & a Tech working on his own car is not allowed if it involves warranty work. Your ownership of the car and working on it is a red flag to the manufacturer. Not only could you not have warranty coverage, at our dealership you would be out of a job.
