so, i'm guessing that my resqueeze on the upper sensor splices, or the couple of extra flats I got on the intercooler clamps did the trick. the dealer called and said they found no codes and the boost was up to 20lbs. I didn't get the chance to take the car out again before my wife took it in for the checkout so don't know for sure if that was the cure. As long as its 'rice ready' i'm happy. is the second sensor down by the turbo? i'ld like to hard solder both connctors when i get chance.

The second sensor is under the front end toward the passenger side between the starter (to the rear) and the A/C compressor (to the front). You'll need a jack or ramps.

Be sure the wires are not touching the A/C tubing:
