Question: After reading this post, my question would be,was the reason that Vince, dialed back the full tune, for the Auto, because of power delivery issues, or trans reliability issues with the Auto?
Back in early 2009, after talking at length with Vince, I asked him for a very aggressive tune. What I got, was a very aggressive tune, and the SS, runs like "Jack the Bear", and I've had no problems with the tune, only with lack of traction, at times, even with sticky 255/40/18 Hankook tires. Did the tune with 2500 miles, and now just turned 29,000 this month. I'm into boost quite a lot, and do autocross from time to time, and I'm not easy on it, even around town. Power delivery hits hard[24-25 lbs boost], no muss, no fuss, so far, just lack of traction at times.
Trans issues, in the future?? "Moon"

Your tune sounds like what I want in the future. Bummed they're less aggressive now. This GMTU is great but had its slug spots

he dialed it back mostly because of all the complaining. i posted exactly what he said
his 21lb tune will be allot better than GMs. mostly because of the features Vince does removing the learn down, better AFR throughout the whole power curve and his tranny tune. you dont get a tranny tune w the GMTU
we remove all limiters as well and i can even do custom asked for features on a canned tune
