How long do you get to keep the gt tuner to fine tune your ride? Or do you have to have the cable, software on your computer to fine tune?

You would want to use the loaner cable. I let you use the cable for 10 days. The tune with the GT tuner is $50.00 more that my loaner cable use.

After reading this post I made, I think I stated it a little wrong. When I said fine tune, I mean sending logs to Vince and getting them back to upload in the cars computer.
Would I need just the GT tuner or would I have to actually have to buy the software and a cable to do this? I plan on a turbo upgrade and supporting mods, so I would need to be able to send Vince logs so he could fine tune them and send them back.

Sorry for the confusion, if there was any. Trying to get this all figured out before ordering the tune and start tearing stuff out of the engine bay.

So,as a customer with no equipment,I would need the cable and GT tuner for $50.00 and the tune for $300.00. I would then have 10 days from receipt of those items to apply the tune. Then at the end of 10 days I return the cable and GT tuner. For the sake of clarification is this correct?

Well, I just installed the Trifecta tune in my SS, about two hours ago.
09 SS/Auto.
I took her out and wrung her out hard, in both stock and Trifecta tune. The difference between the two is night and day. With tune on, at 40mph, it lights the tires for a hundred feet or until they hook up, then pulls like the "Hammers of Hell" through the gears with traction control on. With traction control off, blows the tires harder, [read too much].
Saw 24 lbs boost steady, and pulls hard under boost, in any gear.
I had shift points firmed up[my request] and trans does'nt slip and locks up good.
Vince, said that he could get a little more agressive, but at 24lbs. boost, and firm lockup on trans, I think I'll stay with this tune[so I don't break something].
All in all, I think that Vince's tune would be what most of you are looking for, with a automatic. It's everything it is advertised, and I'm being very objective.
Having a hard time getting the grin off my face.
I've had a number of really quick, handing cars in my life[all 68 yrs. of them], and this SS is a real player. Pedders next. "Moon"

No GT tuner is needed if you have a laptop or a netbook. You can purchase a cable or use my loaner cable.
You can see the different options on my website on the payment page.

With an SS, you can have the 300.00 tune. Purchasing a cable costs 250.00 plus 10.00 for shipping.

If you use my loaner cable shipping is 10.00 to you and you ship it back when done.

Bottom line, SS Tune with cable purchase is $560.00, software is included.

SS Tune with loaner cable is $310.00, software is included.

You pick the select-a-tune(dual) or the hide-a-tune(stealth)

Remember Tomorrow is the last ordering day until the last week of Jan due to Vince going on Vacation until the 31st.
