could someone send me a stock file for reference.
my car had some sort of flash/tune, and has been a pain to tune.

Go to HPtuners Tune Repository there is a stock 2009 HHR SS auto file there for you to compare yours too.

 

Thanks for all the help. Im going to run the stock file with calibrations for the MAP sensors and log it here in a few hoping to see 0 KR. Going to search for an e85 station for later tuning, would love to see how that does in the car.

FYI regarding your knock issue, I suggested that you check the injector seals. If you pull the injector you need to replace the seal, and, be advised you need the Kent Moore tools to install the new ones. Kent-Moore EN-48266 Injector Seal Installer / Sizer (EN48266), expensive. Or see if some one has one you can borrow.
