Question 2.4 intake manifold on 2.2

Anyone do this? I want to but in not sure if its worth it.

there was a thread on that one done some time ago. from what i understand may not be too much worth it. if i remember correctly, felt the power more at higher RPMs.

Yeah I think its one of those things that doesnt make a big difference on its own. If you are going for max performance though, its just one more step towards the goal.

The runners look to be shorter as well as fatter (the 2.2's manifold runners loop a little further around the plenum), so you'd expect that the gains are going to be all at the top end, but it seems that it's a measurable improvement, and not too difficult or expensive.
