Question B & M Shift Kit input....

I have read indepth the posts on this forum as well as the ones posted on the Cobalt forum concerning the B&M Shift Kits. From what I have read it sounds like it may just be what I am looking for to give my car a little better response on acceleration. I took my car back in yesterday, they checked everything out and it was determined that there was nothing wrong with my car...it is operating in a normal range. So I am still stuck with the way the car accelerates.....it feels almost like the transmission is slipping, and after reading all the info I have been able to find concerning this....it seems that this is the way Chevy made the car....well I want something a little more responsive to my foot. So hence the research for shift kits for the car....I would like to hear from some of you who have installed this kit on your cars....does it work, has it harmed the transmission, etc...I know a lot of you will recommend a tune to solve this problem, but unfortunately I just don't have the money to invest into that type of upgrade...but I can swing the cost of the kit.....

So any input would be greatly appreciated....I just don't want to do anything that will harm my car...as I sure can't afford to replace a tranny!

Thanx so much.....Anita

Been driving mine with the Tranny in a #1 (with my tune) for over a year now..... no problems here. Now taking out the throttle delay will really help. and a Tune will fix that.

OOPs did I say Tune?.......
