Oldblue,

Thanks for the research and the site info. I noted that this covers only the 2.4 and the earlier years of it... and the HHR is not listed. Does anyone know if the 2.2 eng. has one of these oil separator... and where it is located? The hose I put on mine is not working BUT I have not cleaned out the intake below the TB. The hose is not showing any oil in it also???
Any input on this odd thing.

The problem with an oil catch can is it needs to be emptied, often!

The HHR did not have this oil separator in the 2.2 or 2.4. It apparently didn't work to well as it loaded up with oil, most likely due to gravity.
