i got a question about the gmpp intake is there any parts used from the stock intake for installation, i know one is the black hose, is there anymore parts getting ready to order the intake thanks

The "wooly worm" hose and the black rubber hose with the MAF sensor are stock, as are the mounting brackets. Everything else between the two hoses is GMPP.

and that shipping may be quite high...... I bought a second filter from those guys for the GMPP (just in case) and the shipping almost doubled the cost of the filter. Not saying shipping will double the cost of the GMPP kit but it's going to be substantial.

Wide open throttle sounds like the old Quadrajet @WOT...... normal driving sounds about the same.
