HELP!! Blowing Fuses!!
HELP!! Blowing Fuses!!
I'm new here, and this is my first post... so bear with me, lol.
Last June (2018) I replaced my fuel pump. No biggie. All has been well until a week ago. This may or may not be related to the fuel pump, but wanted to make sure that you were aware of it. Anyway, about two weeks ago fuse #13 (fuel pump / relay) blew. I replaced it. It was fine for another week, until Friday night (4-12-19). That evening it blew two fuses (#13 under the hood) in a 3 mile stretch of in town driving. Didn't drive it yesterday. Today (4-14-19) it blew 4 fuses to go 3 miles. (I bought a pack of 15amp to keep in the car). What I'm wondering is why?!?! lol. Is their a common place where a wire is known to rub and ground out on this car? I am using the proper 15 Amp fuses.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the site, yes inspect the wires and connections in the rear by the fuel pump, could be a bent pin, frayed wire, or loose when reconnected after the fuel was reinstalled
