Did you stay with stock piping?

 

i did for now but that will change.
side note i was told that if i put a turbocharger on it i will need to change that
i am relying on friends that race but none race the 2.2 ecotech.

like always i really do alot of reading and asking before i change something that drastic.

i can tell you i am really having fun w Shaggy now.

 

*Note, The stock HHR exhaust pipe is mandrel bent and offers plenty of flow. Increasing the size would cause poor performance with an otherwise stock engine. The ecotec engine needs a certain amount of back pressure, decreasing it will hurt performance. There's really no need to go any bigger unless you build your motor (and do some serious reprogramming to the engine management system!). The IMCO Turbo muffler provides a nice boost. Coupled with a decent air intake it will give a good power increase.

I got mine put on yesterday. So far I am happy with it. It sounds great at low speeds and doesn't have that loud drone at high speed some of them have that can be so annoying. I hope it doesn't get more quiet as it breaks in though.
Has anybody used a glass pack yet??

Not by a long shot. Cherry bombs and glass packs are pretty much out the window when it comes to emissions not to mention voiding your whole warranty on your HHR.
