10.6 is way low! Could cause the sensors to give false readings.

Hi guys, not much to post as of late. Last 2 days haven't been feeling well, but wife drove car yesterday and today and she said mil is out. Battery cable was disconnected again on Wednesday for awhile and I believe memory hasn't reset yet. She only went a couple of miles to pick up grandkids from school. Will let all know what happens. Stay tuned. Same hhr time same hhr channel.

tlehmanjr - people here do truly try to help those having problems with their HHR.

However, when suggestions or questions are put forth to help narrow down the cause of the problem, and the person asking for help does not answer or acknowledge them, the thread goes nowhere.

Those responding to your problems here would appreciate it, if you would go back through the thread here, and respond to their questions and follow through with the suggested tests.

After a long hiatus due to loss of father and everything that goes with settling estate compression test showed cylinder two was down by approximately 50 lbs. Leak down test confirmed it had something wrong with exhaust valve. Had to replace cylinder head. Shame as car had less than 26000 miles on it. Just goes to show that a car that isn't used much deteriates just like one that is. Thought you guys would like to know the final outcome.

Thank you whopper, I appreciate that. Funny how things are taken for granted. We are here today, but could be gone by tomorrow. Hopefully HHR will behave for a good while now. Have been told it was probably the gas I was using. Have been using stations that sell Top Tier fuel since as they supposedly have more detergent additives to prevent the carbon that put a hurting on my wallet. Like fram I guess. Pay me now or pay me later.
