She has plans for it.. Funny.. She wants all this done in one weekend so she can jump in it on monday and feel like a different ride.

All New Hubs.
Shocks/Quick Struts.
Springs in the rear.
Rear bar.
Drilled/Slotted Front rotors.
Intake into Header into New exhaust.

Any other bolt ons i should be watching for that she is going to want done, lol.

if you want a stiffer ride, throw on either the fe3 shocks/struts (found on LT models) or fe5 (found on SS model) with the rear sway bar..intake wont do much, just increases growl sound which sounds cool ( i have the Airaid one, but dont notice any more HP or mpg gains) and then throw on some stiffer springs again from LT or SS model..or if you want to go lower you can try aftermarket springs such as Eibach, Canuk Motorsports, YYZ from Powell etc

just wondering why? the front quick strut assembly is shot in the front on both sides. Shock mount plates are busted, shocks are shot and springs sag. so i figured fix it all at once with a quick strut assembly.

@firemangeorge, i know that feeling. plus she wants it all pink

hey skyline why wouldnt you do the quick struts kit? sorry if i missed that, i was just going to use monroe quick strut and rear shocks since not lowering it.

i tried talking her into lowering it and she wont do it, even if it was to level it out instead of slight rake look.

to the original topic, i found an ebiach set of bars, almost full inch in rear and a full inch in the front for 359.99 free s/h comes with all hard ware, thinking of that and new sway bar links w/ moog links.

there have been others that have done the quickstruts and the spring rates are not good, they tend to not hold up the hhr's weight..now im not sure if monroe has fixed this issue, but just to be on the safe side you might as well stick to the tried and true results that GM did either with fe3 or fe5 depending on how stiff you want it

the eibach bars are fine..the front is not needed, just get the rear bar
