Turbo on a 2.2 HHR
#21
a friend of mine used these on his 06 2.2 when he supercharged his HHR. He got the advice here from JoeR. Bosch are plug and play and work w no harness changing at all and will give you 59 lb on your stock fuel rail
offer 150 to 160 delivered. he also got the tables from JoeR for tuning.

Because of your experience with turbo's I was wondering if you can help me out.
I own a 2.2 2009 HHR
I will be installing the HHR SS Turbo original pipes
Also installing original HHR SS Intercooler
LNF Turbo
3 inch no cat down pipe
42# injectors purchased from cobalt 2007 (no sure if connector is compatible)
Tune from Vince
Oil (Not sure where to get it's oil from and oil return)
Also have an oil catch can
set 10PSI
Thanks

seems like a nice setup the stock ic wont fit a stock na hhr without a little modding shouldnt be too hard. for oil the balts usually pickup oil off a galley on the back of the block and for the return either drill the oil pan and install it there or the return for the turboed from the factory motor is on the block you just have to drill it out. check out the sister site cobaltss.net lots of really god info on this.

IMO, I think it's a great idea. I also would upgrade the pistons, rings, and rods on your engine, because there was never a thought of FI on the 2.2 engines. ARP bolts and Head Bolts are a must as well.. I want to see picture of this kit. :)
