Well if I wanted performance I would go for the ss, im doing the blower cause I want something different.
In terms of cost, a turbo build is likely to be more expensive than trading for an ss, unless you have done it before and have a full speed shop/machine shop.
Some members over at cobaltss.net have done it, you may find out more there.

We have a few guys who have or are doing the SC add on, Bob, Lunchbox, A&P,amongst others. They just all seem to have way more skills than me, They do all seem happy with the results, once the tune is dialed in. I would like mine better if it made that SC, scream. Let's ask them if it was easy?
