There is no external leak, reservoir is dry, hoses the same (ive checked cooling system at the shp).
Only one thing can be suspicious suspicious, that sweet (weird smell) smoke in the morning.

If I had to shoot, I probably would bet on head or head gasket. But i did the head gasket last june. To be specific, at the shp they did: head regeneration (whatever that regeneration means),welding and planning of the exhaust manifold, they change exhaust manifold gasket, replaced head gasket, they did geometric settings (of what? Head?). Well its always chance they f***** up that job. Im not mechanic
But still have in mind cracked block.

Cracked block would leak into oil galleries or out onto ground.
The Ecotec engine block is aluminum with steel sleeves that the pistons live in.

I can only think of 4 ways for coolant to escape, and I am repeating some of the above suggestions.

1. Into the combustion chamber - look for clean spark plug(s), maybe clean tailpipe.
2. Into the crankcase - With as much coolant as you've lost, you would see the milky foam.
3. External - on the ground, or floorboards(if heater system). If very small leak, only gas form(steam) can escape, not liquid.
4. Into automatic tranmission - This should also contaminate the coolant, but perhaps the color of the fluid is too similar to easily know.

1. Cracked head, warped head, bad head gasket, warped block.
2. Same as 1, + cracked block. Oil cooler or turbo if equipped.
3. Many places.
4. Bad Radiator.

Did I miss anything?

Well you did everything I suggested EXCEPT look at that plug on the t-stat housing. You have a slow leak.

Why is the fan running?

The fan should not come on unless the coolant temp is about 219F.

It sounds like something in the fan to me.

Fan turnes on at 3:12 i think temp rised to 104 C. The "bad" sound you can hear from 00:03 to 00:10.
