JoeR,
I am definitely interested in this setup. What concerns me most is finding someone to 'final tune' the ECM so that I would get all the 'bang for my buck'.
Did you ever dyno yours to find out just how much you gained? Mine is going on a 2.4.

What year is your car? The '06 & '07s used the E67 ECM (actually same as the ZR1 'Vette!) that have calibration capabilities that can deal with boost and the '08 and up use the E37 ECM. I use HPTuners. They can deal with the E67 and will shortly have E37 capabilities. Trifecta can deal with both, but I haven't had the opportunity to look at their tuning strategies on either. There is no such thing as a "final tune" on this kind of application, as an injector change and boost calibration demand a change for the car to even run properly. Past that, then "final tuning" is necessary to dial it in.

Yes, I know how much I gained, did many dyno pulls, but I don't like bragging about it. Let's just say it's "substantial", with some other mods and the first digit is a 3 WHP.

Cool the turbo kit

the only one who can do it is advance tuning at longueuil quebec but for 6000$ is not a gift

Yes, Trifecta can Tune your ECM for you. They have done several Supercharged HHR's and a lot of Cobalts.

Very interesting in deed.

For mine would be $2,584.99 then get back $200.00 in core charges.

This may be in my HHR's future as soon as the factory warranty is done.

Hopefully by then someone else has installed it.
