Getting More Performance Out of My 2.4L!

What are some way to get more performance (whether it's more horsepower or otherwise) ouf of the 2.4L? I have a 2009 2LT so I'm wanting to get maybe another exhaust, filters, etc but does it help?

Thanks

Deflace

A tune will give you the most for the money but I'd wait to do it until to get the other stuff done. Then your tune can account for them.
