You should be measuring the backpressure of the IMCO compared to a Flowmaster. No one ever said the IMCO put out LESS backpressure than stock, just MORE than most "performance" mufflers.

Bye, Bye, now...

I find both your posts informative but lets not start those wars again!

Each has their opinion and it has been stated. Rebuttals on this topic tend to end up agrumentive and non-productive.
So, Sindy, what are you going to do? Lock this thread like you have others?

Opinion is one thing... and, granted, there are topics that are subject to opinion.

But there are such things as scientific facts regarding Thermodynamics, Ideal Gas Laws, Fluid Dynamics, and others.

There have constantly been statements here contrary to the above, without anything to back that up. No dyno tests; no time slips. Many people that do have real knowledge about auto performance and tuning have left this forum and gone elsewhere because of some of the myth, lore and outright BS here. Is that what this forum wants?

That's my opinion!!

Now, does anyone real knowledge about tuning or want hard data to make intelligent decisions by?
