Installing my intake and catback tomorrow

Any odd sized sockets or wrenches I'll need to bring home from wor to do these installs?

And what's the easiest way to get the old catback off, can it be done without cutting on jack stands?

You gotta cut the old exhaust near the rear axle, unless you feel like dropping the whole rear end, which isn't easy to do especially with just jack stands. It's been a while since I changed from stock, so I don't recall anything special, just basic hand tools. Good luck with the swap
