installing CGS Intake

Hi, Guys
I'm a new owner of 2006 sunburst orange HHR 2.2 LS and I'm planning to made some mod's, i was wondering if is necesary to combine installation of CGS intake with someone muffler system or can I put CGS first them couple of week later putting new muffler or just only put CGS without muffler system.

Please Help me with that!

Thanks!!

The CGS can go on by itself. You can add a different muffler at a later time if you so desire!

I plan on getting the CGS real soon, but don't know if I'm going to get the IMCO yet.

Welcome to the site and enjoy the ride.
Glad to have another SOM so close to me.
My HHR's name is NEMO.
I have a 2.4 auto with a CGS Intake with the outlaw filter, and the Imco T 924 Muffler, and more.
We will have to meet sometime.
