Well, I just noticed that my 4 year old IMCO is totally rusted through so it is time to replace it. I have not been on the forum much (all my spare time has been trying to complete my race car) so I am not up with anything new.

My question is-which is the best muffler for a nice, non-ricey sound and more power? My exhaust is unique. For those that dont remember, I have a Y pipe in front of the muffler that goes to the other side for the dual exhaust look. But on the end of that pipe, I have a header collector. When I block it off, that pipe is just for show and when I take off the plate, I have open exhaust (sort of since I still have the resonator and cat under the car). Plus, I have plates with holes in them for partially open exhaust. My point being that I do not want to get a cat back, since that would eliminate my cool system. All I need is a good muffler. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
