Oil change & Oil cap

ok ok i saw the oil cap thing and it looked cool, the corvette ones...the mobil 1 and the c6 one...

question is, for the mobil 1 cap, what yr model are you getting that off of? it kinda looks like my 95 LT1 cap, but dunno if thatll fit

also the c6 one, or is it a c5? what yrs will fit?

about the oil change, i usually do use mobil 1 full synth.; but i dont think ive seen royal purple anywhere at any of my local stores, whats the price per quart?

oh yea, when i read the posts for the caps, it looked like only 2.2 engines had it, not the 2.4, or would it be the same?

thanks !!

Check Out these threads. I have my Mobil 1 cap on my 2.4L and it fits fine.
The only issue concerns the venting, but I really don't think it is a problem from the feedback so far.

The cap I used was a cap for LS1, LS2, LS4, LS6 and LS7 engines Corvette Camaro, Firebird, GTO and 5.3L engines in the '06 Impala SS, '06 Monte Carlo SS and '05-06 Grand Prix GXP. GM part number 12555685. Key is that it's the quarter turn style cap. Found it and the info on LS motors on ebay. 2.2 and 2.4 use the same cap.

lol
well i have a few $$ left cuz i have recently stopped goin to our local casino, and last few times i went, i won alot of $$$$ on blackjack

if anyones in san antonio or closer, Eagle Pass, Texas has a legal indian casino..slots, poker, and blackjack, beer, drinks, food. its called the kickapoo lucky eagle..its no where near the size of other places (eg. vegas) but still pretty good.

and now i dont know what "mods" to do... i do want the stubby, the oil cap, all the chrome underhood goodies, 20" rims, the so-cal wind visor shade things, as well as other crap....

That's probably not a bad price considering, with taxes and gas it would cost you about the same at your local Chevy dealer ( unless you can get a discount there ). BTW, the label is a nice touch.
