Question outlaw air filter

QUESTIONS

1 does it work better than the stock (CGS filter)

2 better MPG

3 is it loud

4 it it worth the money

1. (IMO) yes.

2. can't tell, foot is always to the floor.

3. when your foot is to the floor...a bit more than the stock CGS, yes.

4. (IMO) yes.

Careful with your fitting it. The Outlaw seems to fit into the rather small space we have for it snuggly. Mine kept hitting the washer fluid container and has nearly worn a hole through it.
I keep re adjusting the whole setup. It has taken several months of constant adjusting to get it to where I do not here it or feel it hitting anything.
I have thought of going back to stock because it was so frustrating.

I too had a bit of a struggle getting it in the space. Can't say I really noticed any difference.

When putting it on was it easier to take the intake apart or just work it on?

Don't know about easier, didn't feel like taking off the intake so I just got a bigger hammer.

I was a diesel mechanic for 33 years. We called it the "BFH". Sometime that
is all you need.
