These springs would actually be great levelling springs for HHR owners who do not want a huge drop but just want a level drop!

don't do it.

we're talking about the things that hold the car up.

also, if you look at the picture, these springs, when they were made from somwhere far away i assume, they cut them vertically so they will move in their seats and the pressure will be applied to a very small area.

the springs should be cut so the spring will seat on a decent portion of the spring is seated...

so there that is.

I have a set in my 06, I have had them in for over a year. I just used the rears because that is all I wanted to lower. I don,t carry stuff and have the seats folded down most of the time and drive alone. But the ride is as good as can be for a lowed car. the 1 3/4" is the same as it was one week after I put them in.
