I know this is an older post, I had gone on Hahn's site bout a week ago, even they had not updated for a HHR since 2009.....

I have a feeling it will be more about doing a DIY set up and being handy with fabrication and a good understanding of Turbo setups.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect to see much new stuff for the HHR since it's ran its production life...

At this point I have been considering D.I.Y. Kits, hell even considered a Universal STS Kit a (which I am not a real fan of) but thats even an option.

I own the HHR Hahn was using to do a 2.4 turbo set up. With all of the BS, it has ended up being a DIY anyway. Personally, I would never spend a dime with Hahn.

Really, thats disappointing.

I do not have the magazine issue but I do recall GMHTP working on a N/A cobalt to have Hahn do a custom set up, this has to be 3ish years old. If I recall, the results where less then optimal.

Still though thats tuff.

The increase % wise was 50ish but the overall inc IMO was not all that impressive.

TTP is out of Biz anyways and I would not trust them to tune my lawn mower.

DIY setups are not that hard if you are handy with a welder and have the tools available to complete the job. I have about 3 designs I drew up and mapped out, from easiest-to fastest. But being in college I have neither the funds, nor tooling to actually weld one up.

the building isn't really the issue, it's all about the tuning

What year is your car? I know the 06-07 2.4 E67 ECM is tunable for sure via EFIlive.

07-11 E37 ECM is as well if I am correct.
