I mean im gradually learning things about the whole engine layout. And it looks like it has everything. Turbo, BOV, intercooler, downpipe, exhaust manifold.
I wouldn't buy a kit off ebay, but what I would take away from it is the list of parts it includes. Gives you a good idea of what you will want.

Some things you should research or do:

With an upgraded fuel pump you should get bigger injectors and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Going for >300hp you should still get a quality turbo. Its not just about the power it makes but at what band it makes it at.

Putting a lip on ic piping is a good idea

Adjustable cam gear

I can't stress enough of the importance of a wideband and starting with no more than 2psi of boost. Its like overclocking a CPU. Take it slow.

Running a little rich is much safer than running a little lean.

Knock count is very important. You should understand this and advance/retard timing.

Another issue I saw a lot is people starting their car after install with no oil in the turbo.
