09 Cobalt SS seats?

Has anyone in here put the cobalt ss seats in their hhr ss? Was wondering whether it would work or not, I sat in a 09 Cobalt SS and the first thing I noticed was how much nicer the seats were compared to our HHR SS seats. Why they didn't put those seats in there to begin, they are pretty nice seats.

Regular Cobalt seat assemblys will not interchange with an HHR so I doubt SS seats will. The have different mounting points and heights on the frames. If you can get a cobalt seat pad to fit on an HHR mounting frame then it would work.

I do believe they are. They are also a bit more aggressive than the HHR SS seats.

I test drove an 08 and noticed a little difference, but honestly if I was going to spend the money on new seats, I would get something else.

Probably wanting to "Keep it on the Down Low" there is always a few pairs available on ebay at reasonable pricres ! I would love to put a set of HHR SS Seats in our Panel but seem to be few and far between and when found the cost plus shipping is usually more than we would like to pay !

Happy Holidays,

You guys are literalaly nuts! I had an 09 ss with everything modded up. First thing in the interior I got rid of was the stock ss seats, they are awful in the turbo cars!!!! I actually got some back problems from sitting in them on all the cross country trips i did at the time. I actually down traded for some original cobalt ss heated leather non recaros, Now those were comfortable. Im not a big guy either 5'6" 180lbs
