aftermarket grille...

i was looking at grilles and some involve cutting. now what exactly am i cutting? they look like bolt-ins to me. so basically how much of a pain in the ass is this going to be??thanx

Not sure which aftermarket grille you are referring to but the one I had on Black Knight for awhile came in two pieces (Stull 2 Piece Grille). You didn't cut the grille at all:

I would check with Bill and Linda at HHRBoutique to make sure. Stull also made a version that did require cutting of your stock grille.

That appears to one of them that you have to cut up your grille.

ok, so hhr boutique replied back, it seems on the carriage works and stull grilles where you see the chrome around and across the top of the grill, it is from the original grill. http://hhrboutique.com/items/hhr-ext...rills/list.htm

Glad you got your answer. I don't know if anyone still sells the Stull that doesn't require the cutting.
