Bowtie customizations

Everyone that has custom front and/or rear bowties: are you painting them or are you putting vinyl on it?

What type of paint was used?

I tried the decal vinyl first and didn't like the gold showing around the edges.

I got professional auto paint glossy black from Lowe's :)
Looks great and holding up peachy.
I didnt remove the beauty bar when I did it, I just taped off the area and made a small paint booth with draped sheet plastic taped in place to cover rear of truck.
Yes, I call my Panel an truck

Mine = I painted mine with the Krylon paint and Duplicolor clearcoat

Fiance's = She just wanted the decal and quite pleased with the results
