Can someone Clean This Up / Fabricate It?

I know, I used Paint. The joke is I own Photoshop but never learned it. Anyway, with some minor fiber work the top part of the grill can be filled in to look like solid sheet metal (or even a piece of sheet metal welded in).
Then fabricate a grill but we would have to cut the bumper to keep the lines flowing... or maybe get some sort of chrome applique for the bumper to simulate the original chrome bumper and have the grill up on top and below the bumper but looking closer to the picture on the right?
Even if we can't make it, feel free to post it so some real photoshopper guy can at least clean it up.
notice the chrome strip on the windshield can be applied to look like a two piece. then removed before the freeway since CHP won't allow it. Then either chrome or de-blacked mirrors to look older.
Also look at the headlights, we can put some round chrome ring headlights and still use HID (they make those kits).
Just throwing ideas out, this is my first post and I want to purchase an hhr soon, I hope the aa5 version in white. =
