We ordered the AVS brand, not because we like them better, just a better price.

I was going to go for these ones:
AVS at $65.00 for a set of four.
Are their better deals? Are AVS better than the ones in the Ebay ad?

The In-Channel ones do not use tape? Or do they? One of the posts above said they do and the stick is difficult to maintain. So wouls the ones that stick on the outside of the door be better?

Which ones are noisier?
Any thoughts?
Just curious nad want to get the best and not have to redo the job.

Click here For Lund in channels under 60 shipped part #183592 These are what i have, they use a 3m tape and fit real snug in the window. I have had them for 3 months and no problems so far, just follow their instructions.

Thanks for the link
They look like they'll do just fine.
Any noise increase/decrease with the shields?

I've always used WeatherTechs on my vehicles. A lot of people swear by them compared to other brands, but I can't compare them to any other brand because I haven't tried any other brands. I know I've been able to compare them side by side with other brands, and one thing I've noticed is that they are always more streamlined and countoured than any other in-channel brands.

They are a little more pricey though, and for some reason always more expensive to buy directly from them than through a retailer.

I purchased the AVS brand ones. Nice fit, no noise difference, they do have tape on them. Install and close the windows for a few hours. It was 95 out when I put mine on.
