At NAPA it's Adhesives Sealants PRO 4003 white 4004 black.

NAPA part number 530-85, 530-86. Martin-Senour is the vendor.

They were stick on, But Gm used that black goo.. mine now have the moulding tape..

i ended up painting mine with black plasti-dip to match the running boards. i will post a picture when i get a chance
