I believe thats from a Cobalt.
Better suited for viewing your other gauges than doing it to our HHR's.
The new gauges in that spot on an HHR will Hide alot of our gas and temp gauges. If not all of them once done.
I wanted to do my gauges that way and cut some PVC pipe shorts just to see, but they hid too much of the dash, for my liking.
Not really that hard to do, I think there is even a How To on the Cobalt forums.

The one that the OP is showing is Definitely from a Cobalt.
The Cobalt dash cluster is wider and a lower hump than the HHR and they have a different Cluster setup that works well with this Mod.
OTTP used to sell them premade. Now they're kind of a first come first serve whoever wants to make it and puts it up for sale.
I think BuyHIDS.com may still make and sell them on a Hand Made per order basis.
This is a Cobalt dash, lots more room to stick them in place without obstructing other gauges view that the HHR has.
Newer Cobalt as well.
Normally just a Speedo, Tach and the Gas gauge is center at the top on the Cobalts as shown.
An HHR gauge cluster from here at one time, the 2 small gauges gas and temp get blocked from view pretty much. Plus the bottom row of info/warning lights.
I think it was done on an HHR here I also forget who, maybe Lunchbox, someone did it. But you do loose some view of those bottom outter gauges doing it on an HHR.
I got 2 gauges I must add myself for my supercharger install and had the HHR had the same cluster setup as the Cobalt it have been a Done deal. I just never liked the idea of having to look down , over and behind to try and see how much gas I got left.
Check and see if either of the places I mentioned will one off one for you.
Otherwise search for the how to and just make one yourself. I believe they were in the $200.00 price range to get one Custom made.
In fact, I just did it for you. Click the Link to the How To.
