Here is the dealer for the dash kits on ebay. They have different types. What I do not understand is there are two prices for the exact thing. $169.00 and $182.00. But This is the one that I have.

The picture does not show the radio covered, but the parts are in the box to do this. I put over 90% on and will add the a/c covers at a later day. Just for a new change. The color is not as dark as what it looks like.

That is a tough one, I prefer the medium because I like darker woods. I think the birdseye or honey would only work if they really were the same tone as the orange outside and you would have to have samples to compare to know that.

I vote medium. At the dealer I bought my car from here in San Diego, they had a black HHR a couple of weeks ago that was done in Zebra wood. very nice. Asked the dealer the price, she checked and said $1200 installed. But I have seen some of the DIY kits seem pretty complete. I like the wood but not sure how it would look with Spring Edition interior.
