Red face Correct SS Emblem Positions:

OK....so I'm a wannabe SS owner. I bought an LT BEFORE the SS came out, so I'm really kicking myself now! I put 18's on for wheels and made some other minor mods. I also bought the factory SS emblems, since I think the car's looks can pull it off...other than the rear drum brakes....ugh. Can anyone help with the correct positioning of them? Maybe close-up pictures or a template that can be downloaded and printed?

Thanks in advance,

Wannabe.

If it not an SS it should not have SS emblems.

there are so many pictures on the internet of the hhr ss, you can tell where they go.

cloning more expensive models has been done forever. i can't tell you how many fake Z28s and GTOs i have seen. i am the opposite. i'm the guy that removes SS emblems and removes HEMI emblems.

don't forget the horn ss emblem. you'll want one you can see all the time.

First time I've seen the panel picture at that angle. It is really SHARP. What color are you getting?

Oh as far as the fake SS. Here's a thread that shows a fake SS and it really doesn't do either an SS or LT justice IMHO.

Why be a poser? Either love what you got or get what you love.

Some people want the performance and mystique of an SS without paying the SS prices.

And yes, I shake my head at those who put SS badges on any Chevrolet that isn't an SS... but it does look cool tho.

Its cool until you get smoked by a kid in a Mitsu Eclipse.

I agree that it is kind of being a poser.

i ordered it in black with the ebony and grey interior. i got some more bad news today on my order. the build date was pushed back again because of the performance display option i want.
