well as you know us misfits here in Canada belive in chopping up our cars...here is just a peek at a new project we have on the go.....factory bumper when it started...filled the marker holes and put 2 new Pontiac Sunbird taillights in the corners...added second exhaust port..inner lip to be welded on to match the factory side.....all plasti welded...now on to the body work..

I see you filled the stock reflector slots, does that have something to do with adding the Sunbird tails (which I can't recall ever being round)?

 

sorry..Cobalt tails...dont know what I was thinkn there...this new design isnt for me...its for an Ontario HHR member who does not want to be identified at this time...untill shes on and painted...filled in the refectors for looks only...
