ebay grille

I just saw this grille on E-bay. Just wanted to make sure if anyone on here is bidding on it. That the grille is not the same grille as shown on the HHR. the grille off the car does not have a frame around it. Just a heads up to any members bidding on it.

After many years of gradually gaining more experiance and making many buying decisions myself,I have come to the conclusion that my Father was right when he told me these words of wisdom years ago:"The bitterness of poor quality will always outlast the sweetness of low price".

Actually alot of tube grills are made this way, even from some high-dollar manufacturers. There are many vehicles where you must use the factory "frame" and have to cut out the plastic inside. Most end up looking OK.

I think it is one that you cut/mod current frame to make it work. I could be wrong but they have been mentioned on here before.

The picture of the grille itself clearly shows no frame. Like some others it requires cutting the factory grille to create the frame.

Yup, looks like a Carriage Works grill and you do have to cut up your grille.
