Only because I am interested, not to argue. Why would you want fog lights on when there is no fog?

I don't remember seeing any cars running fogs all the time in my area, I have seen HID "driving/road lights" on all the time (I guess in an attempt to blind us older drivers with developing cataracts).

i dont like HID's..all they do is blind people, and when it rains its even harder to see. I like having the fogs on, makes it look complete haha i dont know, i just like the look of it

For mine all i had to do was drill out the hole in the waterfall insert the oe switch and plug in the wire that was already there.the power for the lights was installed into fuse panel as shown in the thread i posted earlier. The switch cost like ten bucks from my chevy dealer
I have pics of the before & after in my gallery

with that kit from ebay, can you just wire it to the factory waterfall fog switch instead of using the switch from the kit?

yes,if you pull the waterfall forward you can see if the fog light switch wire is laying there,so like I said i just drilled out the hole popped the switch in and plugged in the oe connector, for the fog/driving lights i ran the wires up to the fuse panel and hooked it up as per the thread instructions. The worst part of my install was going to the dealer so the could tell the computer that the car had fog lights and to light the dash indicator, the dealer charged me one hour labor,so was a hundred bucks.
Real happy with the results,i am sure I added some value to the car.
