Neither, I was given a warning and soon after I got rid of it and bought the HHR . The Focus has the same tint though (35%) and no problems so far.

The locals here really dont care as long as you are obeying the posted speed limits. Alot of people here are running limo tint all around and never get hassled. I just need to find someone here that can do it right. So far no luck.
Guess I could ask the local Sheriff who limo tinted all the patrol cars. LOL
