Right, but bleach is produced by this process as a byproduct. That's all I'm saying. Like I said in my previous post, go on ebay, and you can get black O.E. GM mirror covers for about $35 shipped. I just got mine the other day. You don't even have to strip them, just sand the little bit of texture off.
