I found a kick ass page of emblems.I think the first hood emblem would look good on the carraige works grill.

I looked at those first and thought about application and the look I was trying to achieve and most of them are over kill because of the size.

Would you be willing to create and sell the rails to other members? I am in a bit of a quandry <sp> with wheels. The konigs I ordered are on a manufacture stop right now, so i have to pick others. I am stuck between an old school look (the reason I go the HHR was the look) or something modern and sexy. If you could do the rails for a reasonable price (and turn a bit of profit for yourself) id go with these, since I have a black one:

I could not mass produce this! I had to cut each piece to fit. They were maid from 5/8 inch side molding. I bought them at Pep Boys. They have a black vinyl center and Chrome on the outside. There is a 4" gap from top of strip to the top of the other strip. I began with the top rail and began with with the back fender where the bottom fender molding connects. I then ran a straight line to the front and used a level. The other thing to remember when attaching the rails from the front fender accross the dor, is to cut it even and then slant the cut, so that when you open the door it does not catch. I would be glad to help in any way if you would like to try this on your on.

Thanks! I thought about you today. The reason is because I had to officiate a funeral.
How are you doing and how are you coping with the loss of your dad? I continue to pray for you. That Gods grace will abound in your life and he will give you the peace tha surpasses understanding.
