I just removed my led light. Went to radio shack and i got a new one.My question is does it matter what way this little blue light goes back in? ref - or +. The guy at shack told me it does .I have no idea which way to put it b ack in.Thank you

Just a quick note for anyone else wanting to do this mod: An LED is polarity sensitive. The flat side of the LED or (if it has a) shorter lead it goes to (-). OR, if you can see inside the LED, the larger of the two electrodes goes to (-).
In the above pic, the top electrode is (+), and the bottom is (-).
It won't light up if you connect it backwards, and you can actually pop an LED sometimes when it is connected backwards.
