I know, such a bummer. I did find some H13's from Sylvania, they are just Lo, no Hi.. But for $30 I may just see how they work out for the pair.

Unfortunately LED Hi/low beam bulbs are not available in dual beam version H13 that is required for HHR (with high and low beam in one bulb). Not sure if they exist yet, but I am pretty sure they will be available on the market soon.

However if you would like to get brighter High/low beams - Silvania will do it for you. They provide much better brightness in compare with stock halogen lights. They also have lower glare level, which makes them less blinding than HID.
There is H13 dual bulb (with both high and low inside). SylvaniaŽ - Chevy HHR 2009 Headlight Replacement Bulbs

But, in my experience with the "brighter than stock" Sylvania bulbs only last a few months, I'm guessing the DRL kills them.

Doesn't Sylvania have a big recall on their "brighter" bulbs. I think I posted a thread regarding that.

Besides, with all do respect to you, almost everyone has had problems with the Sylvania bulbs. PIAA, although cost more, last much longer.......going on 7 years for me

That's weird, because we deal with Sylvania for a long time and never heard of such issues. However, except Lumen and Sylvania we also carry other brands, like Putco, PlasmaGlow, etc.

Here is a set of H13 high/low beam LED headlights. They are nice but pricey.

Here is a link to an install video too

It was not a recall! It was a class action about falsely advertising the brightness of the bulbs. I am expecting a check for $2 sometime next year.

jimpennjr thanks for the links! Looks like these are real dual beam LEDs! Never heard about them before. They look a lot like the HID conversion kits - same structure, different bulb types. We used to sell HID conversion kits in the past, but many car owners experienced a lot of troubles with the wiring, ballasts, flickering and lasting. Hopefully these LEDs will turn out more reliable.
