I like the side pipes, but I have also been told that the side pipes are often just show and not functional.

I heard of one person that out there that made there side pipes functionable, but most of them are just for looks.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned it yet, but XXL has custom-fabbed a set of Functional side exits that come out of the sideskirts. Look up his thread, they're sexy looking! According to him, they were pricey to do, but sexy!

Heres a question, does anyone with experience in custom exhausts know how much harder or easier that would be on an SS? I can't see how it would be that much diffrent, but I haven't had my SS on a lift yet to take a look at the entire underside yet.
