Here's a pic of when I changed mine over. You can see where the clips hold the cover on. Also note, there is a third clip by the windshield also.

hey i changed the LED out and its not nearly bright enough.....it only has 2.6v and i was thinkin bout gettin a 5v. will that lead to a short and blow?

well i put a 12v in and it made no difference i wonder if red just isnt powerfull enough.....

i mean i havent seen it at night yet but the original led looks way brighter than this one does even in the day time

red leds are usually dimmer.

nope it doesnt even light nething up so i think im gona rig something up for a reg light instead cause red led's arent bright enough
